Experience the Daily Struggle of the Early Frontier

Tour the Harding cabin and learn about daily life on the frontier. Participate in and experience daily chores, practice carding wool and spinning while learning about early clothing production in Tennessee, and make a “bed bug bag” to take home. Also demonstrate logic and teamwork as you play 19th century games.

This program focuses on the early years of the plantation from 1807-1820 and does not include a mansion tour.
