Arrival Information:
Please arrive 15 minutes before your reservation time to check in at the Visitor’s Center, collect your wristbands, and make your way to the Ice House where the experience takes place. Doors open at your scheduled reservation time.

This experience begins promptly

and is designed around a 30-minute guided format. Due to the interactive nature of the experience, late arrivals cannot be accommodated. Please note: this experience does not include a tour of the mansion.
