You may choose one of the following tours for your group:
- Mansion Tour: Enjoy a guided tour through both floors of the fully furnished 1853 Greek Revival Mansion. Includes access to our Grounds and Outbuildings, Outdoor Game Court, Walking Trail, and Gift Shops.
- Journey to Jubilee Tour: Focuses on the African Americans at Belle Meade and follows their story through emancipation showing how vital their presence was to the success of the property and family. This tour is outside and is not ADA accessible. Includes access to our Grounds and Outbuildings, Outdoor Game Court, Walking Trail, and Gift Shops.
Both tours include a complimentary wine tasting (age 21+).
For one motorcoach, please allow at least three (3) hours on-site for the guided tour, complimentary wine tasting, and lunch.
This option is also available for large convention or corporate groups, so please contact the Group Sales Department for a suggested itinerary.
$49.00 per guest (20-count minimum and includes guided tour, complimentary wine tasting, and your group’s selection of soup or salad, entree, dessert, and tea or water.)

After we receive your signed contract, we will email you our Menu Options PDF and Special Dietary Restrictions Form. We are happy to accommodate guests with special requests, so please return the completed form at least one (1) week in advance of your arrival date.
