Homeschool Days and Community Days at Belle Meade: Hands-on-history!

Roll up your sleeves and experience life on a 19th century farm throughout the changing seasons! Join the staff of Belle Meade Historic Site as we mark the fall harvest, celebrate the winter holidays, and welcome the coming of spring with hands-on activities and living history vendors from across the state.

Previously known as Homeschool Days, this year we are transitioning our Homeschool Days to Community Days to welcome all members of the community!

NEW THIS YEAR:  To ensure everyone has the best experience, our Homeschool and Community Days will have staggered entry. Select from 30 minute time slots to start your fun and then stay as long as you want (we will start cleaning up at 3pm)!  In addition to participating in Homeschool and Community Day, your ticket does allow your family to visit our grounds, restaurant, and winery (if you choose).  Mansion tours, specialty tours, and family tours are not included with Homeschool and Community Day tickets, unless otherwise specified.

All programs have outdoor components, and will be held rain or shine. Children must have adult supervision at all times during Homeschools Days. This is not a “drop-off” program; adults are required to stay with students while they are participating in all Homeschool and Community Day activities.

All Programs are Come-and-Go, from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm. Homeschool Families can enjoy early admission at 10 am while ticket supply lasts.
