In conjunction with the Tennessee Master Gardener program, Belle Meade Historic Site invites your homeschoolers to the Harvest Homeschool Day on September 9th from 9:30AM to 12PM (come and go). Learn about the Harding Cabin, one of our oldest buildings on the property, and explore how families lived in the past. Create pinecone bird feeders, leaf rubbings, plant lettuce in our cabin garden, and more.
All programs have outdoor components, and will be held rain or shine. Children must have adult supervision at all times during Homeschools Days. This is not a “drop-off” program; adults are required to stay with students while they are participating in all Homeschool and Community Day activities.
