VIP Options

Belle Meade has entertained VIP guests since it began in 1807. Presidents, generals, and prominent Nashvillians have all been wined, dined, and entertained on our Grounds. Designed for those who desire a private experience, Belle Meade’s VIP Options showcase the best in Southern hospitality.

Enjoy a small intimate experience for groups of 4-12 guests. Upon arrival you will be greeted by a host and taken on the private historic tour of your choice. Following your private historic tour you will be taken to a private pairing with a sommelier or bourbon steward. Pairing are hors d’oeuvre based and can be wine & food, bourbon & food, or even wine, bourbon & food.

The cost of this experience is $200 per person. Gratuity for both the historical interpreter and bourbon/steward is certainly welcomed and appreciated as they have set aside time to spend making sure you have an experience to remember.

• $50.00 per person Have your Expanded Pairing set out in the natural beauty of our Grounds (weather dependent)
• $960.00 flat fee A Buyout of our 1820’s Reconstructed Ice House and deep dive into the history of Belle Meade Bourbon (1 hour in length)
• $1,050.00 flat fee A Buyout of the Rochford Loft for Culinary Arts as the setting for your intimate pairing experience (1 hour in length)
